Welcome back friends! I am thrilled to announce the launch of our 8 Week Strongman Intensive starting July 3rd. This is three dedicated Strongman classes a week with a fourth, competition style day on Saturdays. Our program will get you familiar with all the movements and if you so wish, get you competition ready. We also have some new shirts coming in this week- keep an eye out!
