Welcome back friends! I am thrilled to announce the launch of our 8 Week Strongman Intensive starting July 3rd. This is three dedicated Strongman classes a week with a fourth, competition style day on Saturdays. Our program will get you familiar with all the movements and if you so wish, get you competition ready. We also have some new shirts coming in this week- keep an eye out!

Here comes the wrap up week of our conditioning cycle. HARD competition style Metcons with a special birthday WOD Monday and a girl Thursday. Prepare mentally for our next cycle which will get you STRONG, I will be peppering in lots of Strongman movements as well.
