Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

CrossFit 631 has been my home for nearly a decade. I have met amazing friends, experienced countless positive moments, and gotten in the best shape of my life. The programming is by FAR the best of any gym I have ever been to. The gym is always extremely clean and there is just a sense of professionalism that other gyms lack. I can not say enough good things about CrossFit 631 and our shared journey together.
6 years ago, I was at a very transitional time in my life where I knew I wanted to better myself and find a hobby I could call my own, I tried CrossFit and not only did the sport exceed my expectations, but so did I. After years of stagnant progress and repetition in a big name gym , I have finally achieved a physique and lifestyle I only thought existed on Pinterest. I’m now at the end of my first pregnancy and the physical activity and community has made such an impact on my experience. I’m so lucky to have made the decision to do something for myself when I did.
CrossFit 631 took me from a small, chubby kid into placing nationally in Olympic Weightlifting. The coaching, community, programming, and facility simply outclass any other gym around. I am the leanest and strongest I have ever been and honestly it feels easy because the workouts are always so much fun. CrossFit 631 takes all the guessing out of working out- I just show up, do what Coach says, and get all the benefits. CrossFit 631 is like a cheat code for an amazing body and life..
I have not only bettered my health but I’ve found a great community and made many new friends. No matter what CrossFit 631’s amazing coaches and members will be there helping, guiding, and cheering you on. I’ve never felt better. I feel so lucky to be able to go to the gym everyday, hang out with my best friends, hit new milestones, and get an amazing workout. Going to CrossFit 631 is literally the best hour of my day every single day. I can’t wait to see what I will be able to do next!
CrossFit 631 has truly helped me become the best version of myself possible. It has impacted my life so positively, both mentally and physically, inside and outside of the gym. It has greatly improved my self confidence and discipline by allowing me to achieve personal goals that I never thought were possible. The best aspect of CrossFit 631 is the welcoming community. It truly feels like a big family, and the friendships I have made here will last forever.
If it weren’t for CrossFit 631 I would not be the athlete or person I am today. I came to CrossFit with so much reluctance and hesitation because I didn’t want to put on muscle and look bulky. Fast forwarding 3 years later, my only regret is not starting sooner! CrossFit 631 has taught me the importance of perseverance and that there is no such thing as limit setting: it has also taught me the value of eating a well-balanced diet while still digging into a pint of Ben & Jerry’s once in a while. I love the community CrossFit 631 brings- it’s given me a second family I’ll cherish for forever!
