Welcome back friends! At Red Woods Fitness, we’re proud to train athletes who care about getting stronger, faster, and more confident. Every day we see the dedication our Athletes bring to the gym and we know that same commitment exists across teams throughout our community. That’s why we’re asking for your help! If you’re currently training at Red Woods Fitness, we invite you to refer your school team, travel team, or sports program to come train with us as a group.
Training with your team creates a powerful environment. Athletes push each other, build accountability, and develop the kind of work ethic that carries directly onto the field or court. Our team training sessions focus on: Strength and power development, speed and agility training, injury prevention and durability, proper technique and movement mechanics, and building a strong team culture. When athletes train together, they improve together!
We understand that every team has its own schedule during the season and offseason. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling and dedicated class times specifically for teams. Your team can have their own private training slot with sessions built around practice and game schedules. Coach James has been absolutely KILLING it with the baseball boys and they are getting crazy gains. Whether it's preseason preparation, offseason development, or in-season maintenance, we’ll create a program that helps your team perform at its best.
You guys know I selfishly built this place for an athlete's needs, it was literally designed with only athletes in mind. Our training programs focus on developing the qualities that matter most in sports like strength, speed, power, and resilience. Teams that train together in a structured environment gain an edge not just physically, but mentally as well.
How You Can Help- SO If you’re one of our current athletes, you’re the best ambassador for what we do. If you know a Coach, a teammate, a parent who organizes team activities, or a school athletic program please let them know about Red Woods Fitness and the opportunity for team training sessions. A simple introduction or conversation can help bring your entire team into a training environment that supports their success.
