Welcome back friends! Get ready to rock and run, we’re proud to announce that we’re once again stepping up for mental health with the 2nd Annual Punk Rock Run for Mental Health. Saturday, November 15, 2025, starting at 9:15 AM (with registration opening at 8:00 AM) at Heritage Park in Mount Sinai. Whether you’re a runner, walker, part of a team, or simply looking to support a worthy cause, this event is one you won’t want to miss.
Why we’re doing this; At Red Woods Fitness, our mission goes beyond reps and cardio-it’s about building community, fostering strong bodies AND strong minds. That’s why the Punk Rock Run, a high-energy, purpose-driven event is a perfect fit for all of us. Your participation helps fund meaningful programs and supports young people right here in our community.
Why YOU should sign up
Support mental health & your community: By participating, you’re helping local youth get access to vital resources and services.
Fitness motivation: Whether you’re training for your first 5K or your next half marathon, this event gives you a goal to train toward and obviously we are here to help you prep.
Fun and energy: With a “punk rock” vibe, this isn’t your average run. Expect music, community, and a high-spirited atmosphere that keeps you pumped from start to finish.
All levels welcomed: Not a speed demon? No problem. Walkers, joggers, kids, everyone is welcome. Choose your distance, invite friends, make a team, and make it a day of fun and purpose.
