NEWS

Welcome back friends! Over the next few Saturdays we’ll be completing the CrossFit Open WODs together as a gym. Whether you’re officially registered or just doing it for fun, you’re part of this experience. Here’s everything you need to know…We will be running the weekly Open workouts during our Saturday classes in place of our Monster Mash. This is for: Athletes officially registered for the Open, Athletes who just want to challenge themselves, or really anyone who loves a high-energy class environment. Our Saturdays are for EVERYONE. It’s not about being the fittest in the gym- it’s about showing up, pushing your limits, and doing hard things together.

If you are submitting your score officially, you’ll need: A camera phone, A tripod, Enough storage space (I have messed this up in the past), and a fully charged battery (messed this up too like a loser). We want to make sure your video clearly shows all movements, captures the full workout space, and follows Open standards

Community Cup Competition – Coming in May

Once May rolls around and class attendance picks up, we’re bringing the heat with our Community Cup Competition. This one is all about fun, team energy, and bragging rights. The format this year will be vicious- Morning Crew vs Afternoon Crew! That’s right, sunrise grinders vs after-work warriors. Same deal as last year we will track team points, run multiple workouts and challenges, celebrate and reward team spirit, and eventually crown the winning crew with the losing team receiving the golden toilet. Let’s GOOOOOO!
