Welcome back friends! Long time readers here will notice the tone of this week’s blog reflects what I used to post quite often. With all the craziness I have been seeing in the fitness industry lately, I feel now is a nice time for a reminder. Who I am NOT- Let me start by clearing something up. I am not trying to be a fitness influencer.

I don’t hawk products to our members.

I’m not selling cheap-o airway devices.

I’m not pushing BS supplements you don’t need.

At Red Woods Fitness, the athlete is the rockstar- not me.

You are the famous ones.

You won’t find me posting selfies or choreographing TikTok dances. I didn’t spend the past two decades becoming the best possible personal trainer and Coach just to turn around and make reels for Instagram.

My focus is, and always will be, our members and our Community. That’s it. Not algorithms. Not engagement metrics. Not clout. Not followers. People.

I’m also not the cheapest trainer in town- Let’s talk about something uncomfortable: price.I am not the most affordable personal trainer in the area. And that’s intentional. Because if you’re the cheapest, it usually means you don’t really care. You cut corners. You rush sessions. You water down programming. You treat people like volume instead of humans.

I refuse to do that. In fact, I strive to be the most expensive personal trainer in town. Why? Because serious athletes don’t care about cheap products- they care about being coached by adults who know what they’re doing. They care about: Experience, Accountability, Thoughtful programming, Real results, Someone who actually gives a damn, They care about quality.

And that’s exactly what we deliver.

Simply put, and with no ego, we have by far the best personal trainers and Coaches in this area, and our prices reflect that. Not because we are flashy. But because we are consistent. Because we are invested. Because we show the hell up for our members. Because we care deeply about every person who walks through our doors.

This Place Isn’t About Me- I built this gym so our members could become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their lives. Not so I could become internet-famous. Here, the athletes matter. Their progress matters. Their stories matter. I’m just the Coach. And honestly? That’s exactly how I like it.
