Welcome back friends! Guys, I am SO excited to announce that Red Woods Fitness is offering a brand new class. As you know, our mission has always been about more than just workouts- it’s about building a stronger, more inclusive community. That’s why we’re proud to announce the launch of a brand-new program called AbilityFit.
AbilityFit is an adaptive and inclusive fitness program designed for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities of all ages. This program reflects our belief that everyone deserves access to movement, confidence, and community regardless of ability level.
AbilityFit is a small-group, coach-led fitness session that focuses on ability-based movement, strength, confidence, and independence.
Each session will be highly supported and thoughtfully structured, adapted to meet each participant’s individual needs, led by a trained Coach in a calm, welcoming environment. Sessions will be limited to 8 participants to ensure safety, attention, and quality Coaching.
Program Details:
Weekdays
5:30–6:30 PM
Small group (max 8 participants)
This new launch is intended for children, teens, and adults with physical disabilities, individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, participants who benefit from structured, supportive movement, and families seeking a safe and inclusive fitness environment. No prior fitness experience is required since all movements are adapted to each participant’s abilities.
So today, I am reaching out to YOU and our current members because word-of-mouth within this community is incredibly powerful. If you know:
A family with a child or adult with special needs
A caregiver looking for structured physical activity
Someone who may benefit from adaptive, supportive fitness
We would be grateful if you shared AbilityFit with them.
Please help us reach families who may not know this type of program exists, build a supportive, inclusive community, and ensure AbilityFit serves those who truly need it

To introduce AbilityFit to our community, we’ll be hosting a free informational seminar led by Coach Cameron February 21st at 11am.
