Welcome back friends! You guys know that at our gym we believe every workout should bring you closer to your goals- faster, safer, and with more confidence. A few weeks ago I blogged about you guys inviting your friends and family in to try us out. One of the best ways to do this is by hitting a personal training session with me, your buddy, and yourself. We can show them the ropes while getting you a killer workout. That’s why, for the rest of this month and into September, we’re offering personal training sessions for just $49 a session.
