Welcome back friends! I have been having such a good time with Strongman and Monster Mash Saturdays that I wanted to open it up to everyone. If you have a friend- feel free to bring them all summer long. Let’s spread the word on the fun!

PROGRAMMING

This will be the most challenging week in some time. We are giving ourselves fifteen minutes to establish our heaviest rep on each of our focused lifts. Then we are getting blasted by some wild Metcons. Those of you who know the “Danny Tanner” get to meet his revenge this week. Betty coming in hot and a fun girl “Cindy” to close out the week.
