Welcome back friends! Thank you all for an amazing Murph. 14th time hosting and damn it gets better every single year. I was blown away by how many people from the Community commented to me about how unique it was. They are right. Doing this thing 14 times can make it normalized but this was a great reminder of how special what we have is.
PROGRAMMING
New month, new cycle here comes our Athena Cycle- Run, Row, Bodyweight movements, and Barbell Cycles. Our goal here is to take our conditioning to the next level. Let’s dedicate to deloading from all the heavy weights and really dig in to getting quick and nimble. Remember- big is easy, lean is easy, big and lean is NOT easy and that’s what we are after this month.
