Welcome back friends! Thank you all who played with us for this year’s WOD-O-WEEN. Lots of fun and Community fellowship had by all.
As most of you guys know, Red Woods Fitness has been serving the community for 15 years, and in all that time, we’ve never once raised our rates. That stability has helped hundreds of members build strength, confidence, and consistency and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built together.
But after a decade and a half of growth, rising operating costs, and continual upgrades to coaching, equipment, and experience, it’s time to adjust our rates to match the value we deliver.
New Rates Begin January 1, 2026- Starting January 1st, 2026, our rate for Group Fitness/CrossFit memberships will move to $175. This brings us in line with the current industry standard for high-quality coaching, small-class instruction, and the level of service we provide.
Current Members: You’re Locked In!
If you’re already a member before the end of this year, you will keep your current rate of $150 so do not panic! No increases. No surprises. No changes.
Your loyalty is the reason we’re still here, and you’ll always be rewarded for it.
Legacy Pricing Is Open to New Members… For Now
From now through December 31, 2025, anyone who joins Red Woods Fitness can lock in the same Legacy Pricing of $150. On January 1st, Legacy Pricing disappears forever. Once it’s gone, it’s not coming back.
After 15 years without a single price increase, we’ve continued to reinvest in: Expert coaching and staff development, Upgraded equipment and facility improvements including the development of a second facility, Member experience and technology, Expanded programming, 24/7 access, and our community events Raising rates now ensures we can continue to deliver at the level our members expect and deserve.
Who Should Take Advantage of Legacy Pricing?
Consider this your green light if you’ve been:
Thinking about joining but waiting for “the right time”
Dropping in and meaning to commit
A former member wanting to come back
Referring friends or family
Now is that time.
Join before December 31 and you’re grandfathered in at $150. If you’re ready to secure Legacy Pricing or bring in someone who should, now’s the moment. Once the calendar turns, this rate is gone for good.

PROGRAMMING
This week we break from the pause work and hit 8s with a big drop set for our last working set. This means we will attempt four full sets with a big squeeze of the working muscle, trying to get as close to failure at 8 reps as possible. Then on our last set only, we hit the 8, drop the weight and try to squeeze out an AMRAP. Bonus points if you hold the weight in the stretch position after your drop set. Expect soreness and a sleeve-filling pump to die for.
