NEWS
We are so happy to announce Yany “Rockets” as September’s Member of the Month! She is the first one in like seven months and sure has earned it. Yany is always kind, welcoming, and incredibly hard working. Give Yany an extra “air pound” for us this month.
Thankfully we can begin adding classes back in. This week we will host a 9am only for our yearly “Loredo” Labor Day Bash. Moving forward there will be a normal 9am on Mondays. The week after we will be changing our afternoon schedule doubling our class offerings- stay tuned.
PROGRAMMING
Week two of our new Strength work is in full swing. Looking at 3s all week. This is like THE week of squatting so prepare your legs for some punishment. Focus on recovery, adequate rest and nutrition, and get ready to have another amazing week of fitness!
