Boot Camp Long Island is an all female fitness program specifically designed to help women live their greatest lives in a body they LOVE. We are the most convenient, affordable, and fun solution for all your fitness and fat loss needs. Boot Camp Long Island’s group based fitness sessions will challenge your body and deliver you custom results without the boring hours spent on a treadmill.

The Problem With “The Gym”…
Let’s be honest- most women dread going to the gym. Waking up too early, getting dressed, driving to a group of strangers, trying to avoid awkward conversations, Mom guilt, boring hours on the treadmill. It simply isn’t fun and unfortunately it isn’t effective either. Most people spend $10-$75 a month on a membership that they DO NOT USE! The only thing they are burning at that point is money.
At Boot Camp Long Island there truly is no judgment and you will be welcomed into a safe community of like-minded friends who want to see you achieve. No uncomfortable conversations. No ego lifting. Our Workouts..
Our custom designed workouts use a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Recovery to get your body to burn up to twice the fat and calories that traditional workouts burn- in only half the time. They are specifically created to increase your metabolism after the workout is over so you are burning significantly more calories all throughout your day. All movements are geared towards functional fitness which will transfer over to your everyday life.
Our Coaches
Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified Level 1 Trainer and is designed to be challenging, high energy, and FUN.
We also modify our workout programs to fit your individual fitness goals and fitness level. Whether you’re new to working out, have an injury, or are a full on fitness veteran, our professional Coaches will help modify every workout so that you’ll achieve your goals. At Boot Camp Long Island scaling is the norm and not the exception- this is how we can deliver personalized and custom workouts for every skill and age level.
