Our STRONGMAN THROWDOWN is happening this Saturday, April 9th!  Tickets are still live- grab yours today.  This will be a FUN day and is meant to encourage new lifters to push outside of their comfort zones.  Right after we will be having our…

BOX DAY OUT!  After our Strongman comp we are hitting the Carnival at the Wedge!  As most of you guys know, I am hosting this thing with my youth agency and we are slated to have a tremendous amount of people, rides, and most importantly food.  Bring your friends and family to come chill at our comp then catch a ride to the carnival.  What other gym can say they can do that?!

Finally, our Youth Fitness Program is in full swing!  Our Coach, Erik, is bringing the real deal training to kids of all ages.  If you are interested, or know someone that may be- send them our way please!  

PROGRAMMING

We are hitting another full week of hypertrophy training, trying to get YUGE for summer!  We are also keeping in mind the Athletes that need to perform max reps at our comp Saturday.  Expect volume, volume, volume.  Also- Come train with your Coaches this Wednesday at 4:30 pm.  I will be holding our Coaches class where you can lift side by side with our amazing staff.  See you guys then!
