Welcome back friends!  Summer is here and we are booming.  Expect lots of indoor and outdoor WODs for the whole season.  You guys spoke up and our next Box Night Out will be at Rhum- July 9th at 6:30 pm.  Time to celebrate all our hard work with some drinks, tacos, and fellowship.

PROGRAMMING

Leading up to the week of July 4th I thought it would be REALLY fun to have a full week of hero WODs.  These things are brutal guys- get ready to do some sort of squat or deadlift daily.  PLEASE do yourselves a favor and focus on getting enough sleep and drinking tons of water, especially if you are trying to hit it every day.  Go slow, focus on form, try to survive, and most importantly let’s have some damn FUN with it!
